What Our Editors Thought
“Aroma of wet dog and dry leaves in the rain. The sip goes deep into forest bitterness as unrelenting IBUs with a licorice bite define the sip.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Strong pine and citrus aroma with soft apricot and dried-fruit notes. Moderate caramel and toast malt—simple, but very well balanced. Strong bitterness with pine, citrus, and black pepper. Malt comes back into focus later in the flavor, leaving a very well balanced, hop-forward beer. Incredible clarity.”
What the Brewers Say
“Packed with bittersweet malt and heaps of aggressive whole-cone hops.”
