What Our Editors Thought
Crisply defined light tea and faint tropical fruit on the nose. The sip trades a touch of that definition for a slightly sweet body that might be perfect with a bit more carbonic bite. Bread, melon, and a touch of pepper as it finishes.
What Our Panel Thought
Spicy, yeasty, herbaceous aromas lead to a complex mixture of light fruit, leather, peppery spice, and rising bread. Flavor starts with crisp white pepper grounded by malt and balancing bitterness. Medium-dry finish. Subtle, pleasant complexity. Fantastic fermentation profile.

Clean saison fermented in stainless with our favorite saison strain along with another expressive ale yeast. Hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Michigan Crystal.
