What Our Panel Thought
"Pleasant piney, herbal, and floral aromas with a hint of citrus-like tartness are unique but pleasant. Unfortunately, there is a slightly oxidized/cardboard-like note that mutes any subtle flavor complexities. What comes through is fairly dank and piney, with hints of onion and green pepper."
What the Brewers Say
"Rocklin Lager is a Czech-style Pilsner layered with European malts and hops. We also added a small dry hop of Czech Saaz hops for a little extra flavor."
