Aroma: “Medium floral hop aroma—lily flowers, soapy perfume aroma, a hint of lemon, and a light biscuit malt background.”

Flavor: “Light Pilsner and floral flavor up front with a very delicate body. Bitterness toward the end of the sip that lingers after the sip.”

Overall: “A really nice Pilsner, leaning toward the German aspects of the style. Clean, bitter, good hop character on the finish. There’s a great balance between the malt and hops, reminding us of how dynamic lagers can be.”
