“Light passion fruit and starfruit aroma with sweeter floral notes and a bit of earth. Classic IPA bitterness in the sip, herbal and square, but very little in the way of typical Southern Hemisphere structure and zip.”

“On the nose, slight orange fruit with a more pronounced note of orange blossom that carries into the flavor. Good clarity and head formation/stability. Effervescence is spot on, and the body is excellent, with a subtle bitterness.”
