What Our Editors Thought
“Crisp and snappy, with a light body and very light fruit notes that hint more than definitively state. The sip is bitter and tight, but well constructed—zippy, with tropical back notes that don’t dominate the palate.”
What Our Panel Thought
“The flavor and aroma have a large pine component with big pink-grapefruit juice and slight pithy astringency. A firm bitterness lingers into a citrusy grapefruit-lemon finish. The aroma starts with moderate tropical guava notes. Strongly bitter in the West Coast fashion, but sporting a juicy East Coast hop aroma.”
What the Brewers Say
“A hazy and juicy showcase for the Idaho 7 hop.”
