“The nose offers a bit of devil’s food cake with a touch of caramel, with the flavor expanding on that theme. Just the right amount of floral and perfume-like hops. The malt character builds depth in the lasting finish, with some soft bitterness rising to complement the dry malt aftertaste. Cohesive sip with a wonderful back-and-forth between roasty and lightly smoky sweet malt and pleasantly bitter Noble hops. Finishes clean with just enough body to hold it all together.”
