“A light floral, herbal, stone-fruit nose with a subtle, sweet cereal aspect. Flavor has a light bread-dough malt backbone with a slightly murky set of herbal, floral, earthy, and spicy flavors. Well-balanced bitterness into a short finish. As the beer warms, some light stone-fruit character appears. Body could perhaps be a touch fuller. Carbonation on the higher end.”
