"Nose is fairly subtle—pleasantly tart; hints of rich, lightly caramelized citrus sweetness; light pith and earth. Rich flavor—moderate sweetness and bitterness—with great orange character throughout: tart, bright, without heavy sweetness. Crisp and fruity. Finishes a little sharp."
