What Our Editors Thought
“Aroma of fresh-cut white flowers, warm sourdough bread, just a hint of pepper. Quirky in the sip, as dry hay pulls against light lemon; a mid-strength bitterness hangs into the finish. Rustic.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Classic saison nose, floral and peppery. Carbonation leaves a dry champagne quality, leading to an extremely dry body with a light grainy malt presence. Almost nothing there to balance hop bitterness and malt astringency. Fermentation character adds subtle hints of fruit.”
What the Brewers Say
“Hoppy French-style saison with Petit Blanc hops.”
