“Subtle, spicy hop overlay on grainy pils-malt sweetness; biscuit, toasted bread. Flavor balances hops and malt, allowing both to shine. Dry grassiness, some hay. Finishes super-dry, astringent—a sun-dehydrated, moisture-sucking bomb—but clean finish, clean all around. Crisply refreshing.”
