"Light cracker, pie crust aroma. Hint of pear ester. No hops. Bright, yellow, nice head. Solid cracker and biscuit malt flavor. Fairly clean, with a light ester in the finish. Bitterness is nicely balanced, with a lightly floral and slighty soapy hop flavor. Water profile could be softer, a light minerality is notable in the finish. Refreshing and easy to drink. The finish lingers on a touch of bitterness that invites the next sip."
