What Our Editors Thought
Citrus-and-pith nose feels modern but lean. The sip is dry and bright, with a firm but rounded citrus-pith bitterness and light malt body to offset rather strong bitterness. Nicely balanced intensity.
What Our Panel Thought
Soft, lemony aromatics. Nicely balanced, rounded flavor—soft lemon notes with a decent amount of hop-bitterness to balance it. Tart, lemon-meringue flavor. Well balanced fruity pilsner. Dry finish. Very light, not quite thin. Elegant interpretation. Very enjoyable.
What the Brewers Say
A contemporary pilsner, hopped and dry hopped w/ Motueka.
