"Rich cherry notes on the nose could be almond/marzipan or hair salon, depending on the mood. Flavor is juice-forward with a dry matte sheen that stops just short of rustic expectations."
What Our Panel Thought
"Aroma of cherry pie, down to light clove spice, an almond note, and crust-like melanoidin. Cherry for days with the first swallow, but low carbonation seems to flatten the flavor. Not aggressively tart or sweet. Stones leave a lingering marzipan-like sweet impression. Well-done but a bit one dimensional."
