What Our Editors Thought
“Pawpaw, mango, orange blossom, and cantaloupe in the aroma with a floral thrust. Bigger oily orange notes in the flavor, saturated with melon rind grounding.”
What Our Panel Thought
“Intense aroma of Italian basil, mint, limoncello, citrus, and stone fruit, beautifully balanced. Floral touches and a hint of vanilla. Big, full body recalling challah bread and equally complex in the mouth, with herby, dank flavors along with the fruitiness of peaches, pears, and mangoes. Finishes sweet but with a lingering hoppiness.”
What the Brewers Say
“Large amounts of dry hopping with hand-selected varieties add dense flavors of mango, guava, boozy citrus, and a superbly soft body.”
