“Restrained nose—hint of fermenting dough with elements of banana, Juicy Fruit gum, citrus. Chewy mouthfeel. Juicy Fruit notes come through in the initial sip; as they fade, nice banana, clove, coriander, lemon emerge. Light, refreshing, complex. Clean finish, lightly tart.”
