What Our Editors Thought
Bright grapefruit-juice nose—pungent, lightly pithy, a hint of sweetness. The sip is balanced grapefruit juice, perfectly pitched between pithy bitterness and soft sweetness. Acidity brings a pleasantly crisp edge. The carb is a touch low for hard seltzer but has a cocktail feel.
What Our Panel Thought
Murky. Like a less carbonated, less sweet, deeper, more complex Squirt soda—the grapefruit freshness pops. Doesn’t present itself as aggressively bitter or acidic. Great grapefruit-juice character in the flavor. There’s enough residual sweetness to balance the acidity and carbonation, plus a light pithy bitterness. Very well executed.
