Nice overview of adjuncts. Presenter helped me better understand the complexities around adding adjuncts and the need to consider several factors beyond just the adjunct flavor itself.
A good solid course on the upside and cautions of using adjunct. The most important isn’t should I add this adjunct but what am I trying to achieve by adding an adjunct, and what will complement it.
