  • Adding Flavors to Beer - Coffee, Chiles, Spice

This is a great overview for someone like me who is ready to move beyond basic styles and wants to play with alternative flavorings and spices. It's very good that we get a little practical "when to add" and "how much to add" and "at what point to add" - that's what stops most beginning brewers. Especially enjoyed the portion on Chocolate additions and specifically - What NOT to do.

Content is good but the segments are too short and too much clicking through. I can not set back and watch. It would help to be 10-20 min, not 1-3 min.
