What Our Panel Thought
Aroma: “Strong, dominant aromas of coriander, orange, and lemon zest, with the light grain sweetness of wheat.”
Flavor: “Good coriander flavor makes itself known but isn’t overpowering. Some light spicy hops character with a perhaps too-high, lingering bitterness. Assertive carbonic bite but no flaws. Finishes with sweet fruit-juice profile that is crisp and clean and leaves a lemon tartness on the tongue.”
Overall: “A crisp, refreshing beer. Very clean and tasty and profiles sweetness well. Love the finish. Great beer for spring or summer. Good example of wit despite crystal clarity.”
