What Our Editors Thought
Earthy tropical-fruit notes—papaya, mango—with a bit of sweaty funk. The sip is intensely Brett-forward, but feels light on carbonation with a dry, tannic finish.
What Our Panel Thought
Funky Brett-forward aroma: barnyard, earth, sweat, wood, plus esters of pear and stone fruit. Woodsy flavor—wood-funk multiplies barrel-funk, dominating the profile and hiding complexities. Sweet, heavy swallow, with hints of bubble gum and pine. Light lemony tartness and low hop bitterness provide balance.
What the Brewers Say
Solera saison/farmhouse with Brettanomyces.
