What Our Editors Thought
Beautiful foam. Earthy bitter note in the nose; caramelized orange and burnt bread crust emerge. The sip is beautifully balanced and light, with a fine citrus-pine balance and firm but rounded bitterness. Evokes the classics.
What Our Panel Thought
Brilliantly clear gold—attractive. In the nose: biscuit, caramel, and crisp malt sweetness. On the sip, floral hop flavor and crisp, piney bitterness—just enough to balance rounded sweetness. Classic pale ale. The more I drink it, the more I enjoy it.
What the Brewers Say
American pale ale generously hopped with Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops for fresh citrus flavors with mild, earthy pine notes.
