What Our Panel Thought
“Punchy fruit on the nose with grapefruit, pineapple, guava, pine, and a little green lychee. Flavors of pine, grapefruit, mango, a bit of yuzu supported by a pillowy body. Clean bitterness nicely balances the sweetness. A touch of hop burn is evidence that hops were sacrificed on the altar of this ode to hops.”
