What Our Editors Thought
Doughy nose picks up a touch of white pepper and faint floral notes. The sip is steady and firm, as a confident malt body is chiseled to a fine point by precision hopping. Rugged without being rough.
What Our Panel Thought
Nose mingles light, crisp, sweet-roll malt with floral-herbal hops. Low, earthy pine note, like walking through a forest. Well balanced flavor: light sweetness neatly wrapped in crisp bitterness, with notes of crackery bread crust and floral-herbal hops. Dry finish, with lingering malt and light bitterness. Clean and polished.
What the Brewers Say
This batch was brewed with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops, pilsner malt, and a touch of light Munich malt.
