Flavor: “Moderately sour and dry with pineapple, crusty bread, peppercorn, and lightly grassy. Well balanced between tart and earthy. The brewer has gone pretty heavy on the salt, so there’s no mistaking this for anything other than a Gose.”
Overall: “A solid gose with a mild spiciness and medium lemon flavor, but any fruit added plays a supporting, background role.”
