Quite hazy, pale-pink color, sparse bubbles. Sharp grapefruit peel and zest in the nose, with notes of fresh lemon juice. Juicy, tart, and tasty—like a sourish real-grapefruit soda or a grapefruit-ade with sparkle. Tart, zesty, quenching, unusual.
What Our Panel Thought
Bright pink-grapefruit aroma with low orange rind. Pale pink and cloudy color with large active bubbles. Grapefruit comes into play in the flavor with strong, sweet grapefruit balanced with a dry tea-like finish. Easy drinking, lightly sweet. Very nice!
