“Brilliant coppery-red color, good beige foam. Restrained aroma, light caramel. Sweetish flavor, lively on the palate, moving toward a dryish finish. Mellow bitterness helps to balance. Bitterness lingers and sticks a bit. Leans sweet and malty with some bigger flavors, yet balanced overall.”

“Slightly sweet with a somewhat reserved malt backbone. An interesting earthy note comes out toward the end. Bitterness is somewhat heavy; rough around the edges.”
