“Key-lime pie and lemon on the nose. Slight sweet jam-like aroma adds depth. Bright, sour flavors throughout. Light to medium mouthfeel with a bit of astringency. Primarily a celebration of lemon, but the plum adds a nice accent, especially in the mouth. Nice and refreshing.”
