Soft but bright floral-and-citrus nose with a touch of well-placed earthy sandalwood for perfumy contrast. The sip leads with a soft, lemony, acidic burst, then brings orange and caramel. Woodsy and engaging. Gorgeous.

Intoxicating aroma—woody, earthy, lemony, spicy. Background funk: damp cellar, fungus. Dry flavor with acidic bite and quick lemon follow-up; fermentation-driven fruit is accentuated by hops. Herbal qualities add a refined note. Lemon and wood/spice contend for dominance.
