“Nose is a bit sweeter than expected—soft candy notes with fewer balancing spicy notes. Amazing limoncello hop nose. Low carbonation increases the perception of thinness. Dry hopping lends some nice earthy notes, but also a dusty character that muddles the finish. Stands out in a crowd as a hoppy American pilsner. Bitterness is quite restrained. Clean, approachable, and quaffable.”
