What Our Panel Thought

Aroma: “Big tropical and citrus aroma in a beer that’s otherwise not over the top. It almost needs a bit more malt body to support all of the hops. This would make a killer beermosa!”

Flavor: “More bitterness than one expects from the aroma. Juicy tropical hops are enhanced by a candy-like light malt sweetness and backed by a balanced bitterness. Very creamy.”

Overall: “The aroma is a little lacking, but the flavor is delicious. It has aspects of both West Coast and NEIPA styles: the bitterness of West Coast and the tropical fruit of East Coast. Would pair well with a raspberry tart.”

What the Brewers Say

“Brewed with oats. Hopped intensely with Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Centennial, and Columbus. An otherworldly IPA.”
