I Loved It!
This was a hugely informative class, I learned so much is a very short amount of time. This class alone puts a big dent in the cost of my CB&B membership. Very well presented and easy to follow.
Excellent!
Excellent! I knew the class would be interesting when Greg first talked about head retention value and particular beer temperatures.

All Relevant Material
I loved this course and Greg's passion. He explains what to do and how to do it, and importantly, why. Almost all the material is salient for homebrewers. I', now going to increase the temperature on my kegerator.
Thank you
Very informative Very well pressented
Every Server should care this much!
Awesome review of what beer can be (the brewer's dream) when served with passion and care. Beer category/flavor groups and descriptions helped with my beer judge training and proper serving sections reinvigorated my love for appropriate glassware.
Super
So much to think about in this course. Detail detail detail! So often I drink in places that pay so little attention to any of the things mentioned in this course yet so many of these things are crucial to presenting beer at its best and finest. Some of it is pricey, but so much of it is just about taking the time to care and make a priority. 5 stars plus..... Super job!!
