In this course I learned that it is extremely worthwhile to pay attention to minimal oxygen input. The tip about swirling the bottle before capping is worth its weight in gold.

Wow. It's one thing to enjoy the tasty Russian River beers but to get great insight into Vinnie's methods to monitor DO and minimize oxidation throughout the brewing process was fantastic. I need to make a trip up to Windsor!
