Nice video showing in high level how to brew ales
Not sure why calling in "producing superior ales", it actually shows how to correctly brew ales. It's king of giving the basics without going into details...Nevertheless I did enjoy seeing how the work on a small commercial setting is operated.

Great job explaining in detail the processes that occur during a brew day. Wish there would have been a little more about grain choices specifically in the brewing of amber ales
Superior Ales
A good video for brewers just starting out on their brewing journey but in my case I was looking for something extra .Tricks of the trade etc. I noticed that no extra oxygen was added to the wort prior to fermentation.
