Great course
Very good job outlining the major considerations in brewing a fruit juice American wheat-style of beer. I found the water chemistry section helpful. Would have liked to hear a little more about the pros and cons of introducing the fruit at different stages of the brewing process.

No recipe in text format!
It would have been nice to see the recipe in a text format instead of him verbalizing it in the video. Plus he never mentioned what "specialy grain" he put in it. Otherwise, lots of good info.
