Great lesson for beginners and review for the seasoned brewer. Stu presents the material at a slow and clear pace. The added information from Palmer, Carpenter, and others is great review, you can never read that stuff enough. I developed a good shopping and go do list. Cheers
excellent course. described and demonstrated in detail the key instruments for a home brewer including the most practical uses and when they don’t make sense to use. taking measurements with this equipment is one thing, but how it interpret the measurement and make the appropriate adjustments in the brewing process was extremely useful.
This course was very good. Nice and detailed on everything you need related to gadgets... time to shop
