Evaluating Beer
great! clear and concise. Would hope that there was one example which shows Josh evaluating a beer though, to know what goes on in the mind while evaluating a beer (from his perspective).

I would have to say It wasn't what I was expecting, but The line that got me was, You can be critical without being Negative. I think this is a very wise perception to have and will make others great judges.
