Interesting but Detracting
I would have had the brewer be a little more technical regarding his brewery's approach to brewing various styles of English beer. I thought this course lacked depth.
Useful Information, and Advanced Techniques
This was a great class and will expose you to some advanced techniques. At times the presenter seems repetitive which makes the class seem a bit drawn out.
