  • Title is good as is.

I would have liked to see the actual process. As a beginner it is hard to visualize the process as these experts are speaking their language. It seems as though they are speaking to people who have the same knowledge as they do. There were many times I was completely lost on this process. Given this is my 2nd class it is possible you have this on your site and I just haven’t found it yet. If that is the case I would love some direction to find these videos. Thanks!

  • Let’s Yeast next year. (sorry for the pun)

This course is so important to saving money and controlling your beer. A good friend of mine owns a microbrewery and we saw his famed Hefeweizen go bananas, literally. The yeast mutation totally changed to flavor. I live in Japan so for me, saving on yeast and reusing is so very important. Love this course.

  • Yest pitch rates

There is one thing missing from this lesson. You calculate pitch rates etc...but what does 300 billion cells look like? You need to offer a guide to say 100ml of yeast contains roughly X amount of cells.
