This is a great (albeit), introductory overview of the use of alternative grain. Presentation by a brewer/brewery that truly uses these grains (with success), magnifies the viewer interest as does the practical, yet scientific approach. I really like the intermingling of video, text and recipe application.
Good discussion about the hows and whys of having wheat, oats, rye, and all the various sugars in your beer recipe.
Must course for the non-traditional brewer. I enjoyed the knowledge shared in this course.
