Great course
Really good explanation on adjusting recipes and processes to brew lower ABV beers without sacrificing flavour.
I don't think it's really a low alcohol beers course...
Hi, Most part of the content is interesting, providing good advices to brew beers with less alcohol. For example, long boil and water adjustments. But I think every thing are superficial. In my opinion, the recipes aren't really LAB, because I think that LAB have 3% ABV or less.
Sessionable Insights
I enjoyed the inquiry that not just lowering ABV would help get you there but a consideration to style and malts in percentages was extremely insightful. The recipes helped drive this idea home and give me insight into my future beer recipes. Thank you!
