  • Great course

Packed with info. Also really got me thinking about West Coast IPAs again. I had written them off to a degree as I have moved away from the bitterness in my beer brewing. Thinking about the shift toward adding back a little more ABUs to go with all the juicyness and aroma I've been so focused on has me intrigued to develop a hybrid recipe. I am also very intrigued to dry hop all while the fermentation is happening. I do about 60% of my dry hopping during active fermentation, but I'm definitely going to experiment with this method.
