  • Great Videos, Science May Be Offputting to Some

The videos were easy to follow and I enjoyed a lot of the science provided. Got this course to take with my husband who has never brewed. The science overwhelmed him and he lost interest. I've been brewing for several years and found some new tips along the way. Great place to build your confidence for a new brewer, as long as you aren't overwhelmed by some of the technical details of brewing.
    Kasey McClurg

I have been planning my first brew day for weeks, picking up pieces of equipment and researching recipes but I still was feeling a bit of doubt on whether or not I would be able to brew something that I would actually want to drink but this course set me at somewhat ease. While I am not planning on using this exact equipment or this recipe the process was explained in such a way where I feel I can extrapolate the information well enough to make my first brew.
