In this course, you'll learn general issues related to aging, oxidation, and sanitation as well as how to:

  • Produce bright (clear) beer for packaging.
  • Carbonate to style.
  • Purge your vessels with carbon dioxide.
  • Minimize oxidation when bottle conditioning.
  • Use kegs as bright tanks.
  • Fill bottles with flat and carbonated beer from kegs.

Whether you currently bottle, keg, or both, you'll find plenty of information to help ensure that the beer you pour into the glass is as good as the beer you imagined when you turned on the heat on brew day.

  • Kegging

Great course. Got a lot of information that I never read or saw before.
    Joseph Miranda
  • Great lesson for beginners and for those who were self taught!

Taylor speaks very well and presents a few gadgets and techniques that should be part of every brewers knowledge base. Cheers!
    Ricardo Fernandes

  • Excellent review

Could use more diagrams or deeper dives into aspects that some homebrewers may not be as familiar with.
    Michael Green
  • Advanced Packaging Methods

    Nice instruction video Much helpfull
    Jesper Uldall
  • Could have provided more details

While overall generally helpful, the videos glossed over some aspects that may have been more informative. For example, the presenter could have shown the actual process of moving beer from one keg to another (balancing pressure across both kegs etc. to demonstrate the technique more thoroughly). Also, in using the blichmann beer gun, the presenter could have shown more about the assembly of the tool and tips for sanitation in using it (also, would have been helpful to show canning as a packaging method).
    Michael Kopcsak
  • Advanced Packaging Methods

Great course on the importance of C02 in kegging process, and when to package your beer.
    HENRY GONZALEZ
  • Advanced Packaging Methods

    Erik Lobben
  • Nice
    Usama Al shoukri
  • Bottling & Kegging Overview

Great overview for the basics of bottling and kegging. Simple and clearly outlined!
    Andrew Pierson
  • Video Could Have Been Much Better

I thought the video course was less than outstanding. More suggestions and recommendations should have been included in the text including the dangers of pushing CO2 into a glass keg. Also each mini-video should have been longer with verbal suggestions.
    Robert Fawbush
  • Eeh.

Very basic packaging info. I'm sure very helpful for the entry-level brewer but in no way advanced.
    Jared Bonea
  • advanced packaging methods

went through concepts, equipment and processes very quickly. for someone with existing familiarity, this course would be a good review. for someone who hasn’t done these techniques, more detail was needed
    David Kocs
  • Advanced Package Methods

I've enjoyed several of your courses but this one was disappointing. Taylor left out important details such as how long to CO2 purge. He talked about purging carboys and bottles with CO2. He didn't mention how long to do it so that it's done effectively while not wasting CO2.
    Mike Marconi
  • Good Stuff
    Charlie Laughrey
  • Great!!

    Great course
    Jeffrey Nelson
  • Good to know

Good information on bottling vs kegging
    Mackenzie Springett
  • Advanced Packaging Methods

a quick overview of the packaging techniques
    Pierfranco Sgarella
  • Basic
    Noel Waters
  • Briefly Informative

I enjoyed the course and I did learn a few things, but it seemed a little elementary for an "advanced course" and I wish they'd shown longer videos depicting the processes for oxygen free transfer to the keg.
    Blake Andersen
  • Advanced Packaging Methods

Great video. Could have discussed a bit more about carbonation and how to acheive the right carbination in kegging.
    Emaan Abdelbaki
  • Not enough depth

The presented information lacks details. Videos are to short
    Roland Loser
  • very very basic
    kamal kumawat
  • Not overly educational

The Video and the extra text where basically the same, one of them could had been removed with no data loss. Videos are very short with partial information...
    Shay Gross
  • A bit disjointed

Although the information presented was valuable and the presenter obviously knew his subject the switching back and forth between text and short presentations was off-putting.
    John Applegate
  • Great tips and advice here!
    Benjamin Forche
  • Learned a ton! Thank you!!!
    Fausto Chepil
  • A bit disappointing

Very basic info and short, almost annoying videos. There really wasn't anything new here.
    Nick Bova
  • Nice overview

A bit short on how actually performing all the steps, especially when it comes to use CO2.
    Steffen Müller
  • Carbonation

Wow! I learned something about force carbonation and Sea Level. Thanks so much
    Steven Dragon
  • Advanced packaging methods should be packaged in one video instead of multiple short clips.
