Dock Street Brewing in Philadelphia is taking March Madness to another level of unpredictability by adding smoked goat brains to an upcoming release. That's right - SMOKED GOAT BRAINS. Releasing at the brewery on March 30 to coincide with the season finale of AMC's The Walking Dead, Dock Street Walker is an American Pale Stout that features goat brains added to the mash right before sparging. According to the Dock Street website, the brain additions add some smoke character and they've also added cranberries for color (blood) and tartness.
